Abbey Run Apartments has been an outstanding place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here!! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately sets it apart from many other apartment options in Toledo. The grounds are cared for year-round, and it really shows everything feels welcoming the moment you drive in. The staff deserves a special shout-out. Great apartments with even better staff! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother. Maintenance team is amazing and truly fixes things! They come immediately after you call for them instead of making you wait weeks like other apartments. Grounds are always maintained and kept looking as nice as possible! They have pest control that comes often to check in and make sure things are good which isn’t something you find often at all. Overall a quality place

If you’re looking for a place to live, come stay with sunny dales! You’ll find that the service you recurve is outstanding. Any concern you have will be handled immediately. Maintenance takes concerns serious and makes them a priority. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a ton of amenities offered. Last but not least you’re surrounded by a lot of activities for your family and restaurants!

Abbey Run has been a great place to live. The grounds, building exteriors and pool, are always well maintained. The newer exterior security camera system really helps in keeping it a safer living environment. My building interior and laundry facility is almost always clean, and well maintained. The living space SQ. footage is decent for the price of rent. The maintenance crew is awesome, my work orders are are done quickly and efficiently
